By accepting an estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, scheduling confirmation, electronic approval, payment, or allowing work to begin, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Work

Shine Squad will perform only those services specifically listed on the approved estimate, proposal, or invoice. Any additional work requested by the Customer may result in additional charges.

2. Property Access

Customer shall provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas, including gates, driveways, ladders, electrical outlets, and windows included in the scope of work.

If access is restricted, delayed, or unavailable at the scheduled service time, additional charges may apply.

Shine Squad reserves the right to postpone or suspend work if conditions are deemed unsafe.

3. Interior Window Access

Customer is responsible for providing Shine Squad with safe and reasonable access to all interior windows included in the scope of work. This includes moving furniture, decorations, plants, electronics, valuables, or other items that may obstruct access.

If Shine Squad is requested or required to move items in order to access a window, such items will be handled with reasonable care. However, Shine Squad shall not be responsible for damage to furniture, decorations, electronics, fragile items, or other personal property that must be moved to gain access to the work area.

  • Damaged screens

  • Loose window frames

  • Deteriorated caulking

  • Oxidized frames

5. Window Cleaning Conditions

Shine Squad uses industry-standard cleaning methods and tools.

Certain stains, hard water deposits, paint overspray, construction debris, mineral staining, oxidation, and other contaminants may require restoration services beyond standard window cleaning and may incur additional charges.

Shine Squad does not guarantee removal of stains or contaminants that have permanently damaged glass or window surfaces.

6. Gutter Cleaning Conditions

Gutter cleaning services are intended to remove leaves, debris, and normal obstructions from accessible gutters and downspouts.

Shine Squad is not responsible for pre-existing gutter defects including loose fasteners, deteriorated sealants, rusted components, damaged downspouts, improper installation, or structural failures.

Cleaning may reveal leaks, separation, sagging sections, or other pre-existing conditions that were previously concealed by debris.

Services may be postponed due to rain, high winds, lightning, ice, unsafe temperatures, or other weather-related conditions.

Shine Squad will reschedule affected services as soon as reasonably possible.

Lighting materials not retrieved within 60 days after notice may be disposed of, recycled, or donated without further obligation.

12. Photography and Marketing
